The Beginning

A Passion for Levantine Heritage

Oud & Oak was founded in 2013 by Chef Nasser Al-Amin, a Jordanian chef who trained in Paris before returning to Amman with a singular mission — to elevate the cuisine he grew up eating into something extraordinary.

Every recipe draws from generations of Levantine knowledge, reinterpreted through the lens of modern technique.
